Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2810: Duties or liabilities of public telephone utility not

affected.

Nothing contained in this act shall be deemed to establish or

impose upon any public telephone utility providing services needed

to implement the provisions hereof any duties or liabilities beyond

those specified in applicable tariffs filed with the Oklahoma

Corporation Commission.
