Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-427.23: Promulgation of rules to implement provisions of act

The Executive Director of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana

Authority, the Oklahoma Tax Commission, the State Treasurer, the

Secretary of State and the Director of the Office of Management and

Enterprise Services shall promulgate rules to implement the

provisions of the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection

Act.
