Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-479: Violations - Penalty

Any official failing in any duty prescribed by the provisions of

this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon

conviction, be fined in any sum not less than ten dollars nor more

than five hundred dollars, and in addition thereto may be removed
