Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-485.8: Partial invalidity

Where this section sits in the code

It is the intention of the Legislature to enact each and every

part of this act and if any section, paragraph, sentence, item, or

clause of this act shall for any reason be held unconstitutional,

such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining

portions of this act.
