Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-6404: Enforcement of public health authority orders –

Assistance from public safety authority.

During a state of catastrophic health emergency, the public

health authority may request assistance in enforcing orders pursuant

to this act from the public safety authority. The public safety

authority may request assistance from the National Guard in

enforcing the orders of the public health authority.
