Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-684.27: Applicability to volunteer health practitioners

The Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act applies

to volunteer health practitioners registered with a registration

system that complies with Section 7 of this act and who provide

health or veterinary services in this state for a host entity while

an emergency declaration is in effect.
