Okla. Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1008: Accounting system

It shall be the duty of the Secretary of the Land Office to

install modern forms and equipment for a system of accounting to

properly protect, preserve and account for all transactions made by

or on behalf of the Commissioners of the Land Office.
