Okla. Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1049: Oil and gas - Reservation - Lease

The Commissioners of the Land Office shall reserve the oil and

gas and other minerals in the land with the right to lease or enter

upon and explore for oil and gas and mineral purposes that portion

of the land not used by the purchaser or reasonably necessary for

the use or purpose sold.
