Okla. Stat. tit. 64, § 64-1055: Deed - Reservation of oil and gas

The Commissioners of the Land Office upon completion of the sale

of lands and improvements and receipt of the purchase price shall

issue a deed to the purchaser which shall contain a provision

reserving the oil, gas and other minerals as provided for in this

title.
