Okla. Stat. tit. 66, § 66-123: Bridge repairs

Every railroad corporation shall maintain and keep in good

repair all bridges, with their abutments, which such corporation

shall construct for the purpose of enabling its road to pass over or

under any turnpike road, canal, watercourse, or other way.
