Okla. Stat. tit. 66, § 66-52: May purchase or take realty

Any railroad corporation may purchase and use real property for

a price to be agreed upon with the owners thereof; or the damages to

be paid by such corporation for any real property taken as

aforesaid, when not agreed upon, shall be ascertained and determined

as hereinafter provided.
