Okla. Stat. tit. 67, § 67-12: County clerk authorized to rerecord without expense

The county clerk of any county, as ex officio register of deeds,

is hereby authorized and directed to receive for record and to

record any deed, mortgage or other instrument entitled to record;

provided, that said rerecording of any such instrument shall be made

by said county clerk without expense to the person furnishing and

submitting said instrument for rerecording.
