Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-107: Disbursements to be within appropriations

The total amount disbursed by the Tax Commission in any one

fiscal year for the payment of salaries, expenses and incidentals

shall not exceed the amount appropriated therefor by the

Legislature.
