Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-1510: Distribution of revenues

It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this act to provide

revenues for general government functions of the state government,

and for that purpose and to that end, it is expressly provided that

the revenue derived herefrom, including penalties, shall be

deposited monthly to the credit of the General Revenue Fund of the

state for the support of the state government, to be paid out only

pursuant to appropriation by the Legislature.
