Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-229: Refunds - Interest

In case of any judgment rendered under any provision of law for

the filing of a suit and recovery of taxes erroneously paid, in

which judgment interest is allowed the taxpayer, said interest may

be paid from the appropriation herein made where there is no other

provision of law for paying same.
