Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2706: Provisions as cumulative

Where this section sits in the code

The provisions of this act shall be cumulative to any existing

authority of incorporated cities and towns to raise revenue, and

shall not repeal any existing law on the subject excepting those

sections enumerated herein.
