Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-2947.1: Agency special account – Documentary stamp revenues

There is hereby created in the State Treasury an agency special

account for the Oklahoma Tax Commission for the collection and

distribution of documentary stamp revenues as provided by Sections

2947.2 and 2947.3 of this title.
