Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-317.8: Actions to prevent or restrain violations

The Attorney General or his or her designee, or any person who

holds a permit under 26 U.S.C., Section 5712, may bring an action in

the appropriate court in the State of Oklahoma to prevent or

restrain violations of Section 317.1 of this title by any person or

any person controlling such person.
