Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-4310: Annual report

The Executive Director of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce

shall make a report to the Governor, the Speaker of the House of

Representatives and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate not

later than December 1, 2013, and each December 1 thereafter if this

act is in force and effect, regarding the effect and impact of the

Oklahoma Quality Events Incentive Act.
