Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-450.6: Exemptions from tax

Where this section sits in the code

Nothing in this act requires any person, including but not

limited to pharmacists or doctors licensed by this state, lawfully

in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, to pay the tax

levied by Section 2 of this act.
