Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-6503: Tax purpose

Pursuant to the requirement of Section 19 of Article X of the

Oklahoma Constitution, the purpose of the tax imposed pursuant to

the provisions of this act is to provide revenue for general

government expenditures.
