Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1003: Deposit of proceeds

The proceeds from the sale or rental of any lands, or from the

sale of equipment, materials or supplies, and any funds received as

the result of the settlement or litigation of claims for damages to

or loss of property, equipment or facilities owned by or under the

control of the Department or Commission, shall be deposited in the

State Highway Construction and Maintenance Fund.
