Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1509: Payment for auditing accounts of State Department of

Transportation.

Payment to the State Auditor and Inspector for each fiscal year,

from funds accruing to the State Highway Construction and

Maintenance Fund, for auditing accounts of the State Department of

Transportation, shall not exceed one-tenth of one percent (1/10 of

1%) of the total warrants issued by the State Department of

Transportation during the previous fiscal year.
