Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1513: Application of Oklahoma Budget Law of 1947

To prevent obligations being incurred in excess of the revenue

to be collected during any fiscal year, all monies accruing to the

State Highway Construction and Maintenance Fund shall be subject to

the provisions of the Oklahoma Budget Law of 1947.
