Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1655: Keith Leftwich Memorial Loop

Interstate Highway 240 between Interstate 35 and Interstate 44

in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, shall be designated as the “Keith

Leftwich Memorial Loop”. The Department of Transportation shall

cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing

his name.
