Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1661: Vernon Glenn Memorial Parkway

State Highway 2 in Vinita, Oklahoma, in Craig County shall be

designated as the “Vernon Glenn Memorial Highway”. The Department

of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be

placed on the highway bearing his name.
