Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1679: Scott Vincent Memorial Highway

State Highway 31, beginning at the western municipal limits of

Bokoshe and extending to the junction with State Highway 59, shall

be designated as the “Scott Vincent Memorial Highway”. The

Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers

to be placed on the highway bearing that name.
