The bypass over U.S. Highway 59, located on U.S. Highway 59

Business, shall be designated as the “Navy Petty Officer Third Class

Doyle W. Bollinger, Jr., Overpass”. The Department of

Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed

upon the section of highway bearing that name.
