The portion of State Highway 11 from the junction of State

Highway 11 and U.S. Highway 77 extending east to Kaw City, Oklahoma,

shall be designated as the “Senator David Myers Memorial Highway”.

Pursuant to the provisions of Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the

Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers

to be placed upon the highway bearing that name.
