Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.136: Representative Sue Tibbs Memorial Highway

The portion of U.S. Highway 169 from the junction of U.S.

Highway 169 and State Highway 51 extending north the junction of

U.S. Highway 169 and Interstate 44 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, shall be

designated as the “Representative Sue Tibbs Memorial Highway”.

Pursuant to the provisions of Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the

Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers

to be placed upon the highway bearing that name.
