Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.162: Wayne Crusoe Memorial Highway

The portion of U.S. Highway 70 from the municipal limits of

Idabel to the municipal limits of Garvin shall be designated as the

"Wayne Crusoe Memorial Highway". Pursuant to the provisions of

Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Department of Transportation

shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway

bearing that name.
