Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.167: Sergeant Bret Daniel Isenhower Memorial Highway

The portion of State Highway 59 from the intersection of State

Highway 59 and State Highway 177 extending to the municipal limits

of St. Louis shall be designated as the "Sergeant Bret Daniel

Isenhower Memorial Highway". Pursuant to the provisions of Title 69

of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Department of Transportation shall

cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway

bearing that name.
