Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.204: J.C. Malcom Memorial Bridge

The bridge over Buggy Creek on State Highway 37 south of the

municipal limits of Minco shall be designated as the "J.C. Malcom

Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause

suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the

bridge.
