Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.211: Specialist Joshua M. "Bubba" Seals Memorial Bridge

Where this section sits in the code

The bridge where U.S. Highway 69 crosses the Arkansas River at

the Wagoner and Muskogee county line shall be designated as the

"Specialist Joshua M. "Bubba" Seals Memorial Bridge". Pursuant to

the provisions of Title 69 of the Oklahoma Statutes, the Department

of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be

placed upon the bridge bearing that name.
