Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.245: CW2 Randy Lee Billings Memorial Highway

The portion of U.S. Highway 59 Bypass beginning at the junction

of U.S Highway 59 Bypass and U.S. Highway 59 extending south to the

intersection of U.S. Highway 59 Bypass and E Pleasant Valley Road

shall be designated as the "CW2 Randy Lee Billings Memorial

Highway". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable

markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
