Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.254: Col Noble A. Miller, USAF – WWII, Korea and Vietnam,

Memorial Highway.

The portion of State Highway 31 in Pittsburg County beginning at

the intersection of State Highway 31 and 9th Street in McAlester

extending east approximately four and one-half (4.5) miles to the

intersection of State Highway 31 and Adamson Road shall be

designated as the "Col Noble A. Miller, USAF – WWII, Korea and

Vietnam, Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall

cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on

the highway.
