Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.283: Trooper Houston F. "Pappy" Summers Memorial Bridge

The bridge located on U.S. Highway 412 approximately one-half

(0.5) mile west of N2820 Road in Garfield County shall be designated

as the "Trooper Houston F. "Pappy" Summers Memorial Bridge". The

Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers

bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
