Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.289: Paul Henry Carr Memorial Bridge

The bridge over U.S. Highway 266 on U.S. Highway 69 within the

municipal limits of Checotah shall be designated as the "Paul Henry

Carr Memorial Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause

suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the

highway.
