Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.32: Duty Rowe Scenic Route 115

The section of State Highway 115 between the junctions of State

Highway 49 and State Highway 19 in Comanche and Kiowa Counties shall

be designated the “Duty Rowe Scenic Route 115”. The Department of

Transportation shall cause suitable markers to be placed upon that

section of highway bearing that name.
