Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.346: John L. Hayden Memorial Highway

The section of State Highway 3 West beginning at the west side

of the State Highway 19 interchange extending west to the

intersection of County Road 1510 in Pontotoc County shall be

designated as the "John L. Hayden Memorial Highway". The Department

of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing

that name to be placed on the highway.
