Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.410: Colonel George Henry Normand Memorial Highway

The section of State Highway 34 beginning at the north edge of

the town of Carter extending north to the intersection of State

Highway 152 in Beckham County shall be designated as the "Colonel

George Henry Normand Memorial Highway". The Department of

Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that

name to be placed on the highway.
