Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.446: Nettie Sands Memorial Bridge

The bridge crossing over Big Eagle Creek on State Highway 144 in

Leflore County shall be designated as the "Nettie Sands Memorial

Bridge". The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable

permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
