Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.45: M/SGT Ura M. Horton Memorial Bridge

The bridge in Pontotoc County on State Highway 48 approximately

five (5) miles south of Allen, Oklahoma, shall be designated as the

“M/SGT Ura M. Horton Memorial Bridge”. The Department of

Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed

on the bridge bearing that name.
