Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.455: PVT Richard Gary Leivas Memorial Highway

The section of State Highway 66 beginning at the intersection of

Santa Fe Road and extending northeasterly through the town of

Davenport to the intersection of 3510 Road in Lincoln County shall

be designated as the "PVT Richard Gary Leivas Memorial Highway".

The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent

markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
