Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.464: Major Helen F. Holmes Memorial Highway

The section of State Highway 33 beginning at the intersection of

Interstate 35 extending west through the town of Guthrie to the

intersection of North 12th Street in Logan County shall be

designated as the "Major Helen F. Holmes Memorial Highway". The

Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers

bearing that name to be placed on the highway.
