The bridge on State Highway 128 east of Heavener in LeFlore

County shall be designated as the “U.S. Army, 2nd Lieutenant Fred

Sonaggera Memorial Bridge” and the Department of Transportation

shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on that bridge.
