Interchange.

The interchange on US Highway 77 (Broadway Extension) crossing

Memorial Road in Oklahoma County shall be designated the “U.S. Navy

Captain Steven L. Farley Memorial Interchange”. The Department of

Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed

upon the highway bearing that name.
