The section of Interstate 40 extending from the junction of

Interstate 40 and Interstate 235 east to Eastern Avenue in Oklahoma

County shall be designated as the “Billy B. Walkabout Memorial

Highway”. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable

permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name.
