Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.91: Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Parkway

That portion of U.S. Highway 77 from the junction of U.S.

Highway 77 and South Avenue in Ponca City extending south to the

junction of U.S. Highway 77 and East Harding Road shall be

designated as “Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Parkway”. The

Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers

to be placed on the highway bearing that name.
