Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.97: Lecia Swain-Ross Memorial Bridge

The bridge located on N.E. 16th Street crossing over Interstate

35 in Oklahoma City shall be designated as the “Lecia Swain-Ross

Memorial Bridge”. The Department of Transportation shall cause

suitable permanent markers to be placed on the bridge bearing that

name.
